Grocery List – Week of June 4

Things you probably have

1/2 tsp red chili flakes
1 tsp chili powder
1 medium carrot
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup white rice
1 tbsp cumin
1 cup olive oil
1 small onion

Meat + Seafood

1 lb flank or skirt steak
1 lb salmon fillet, skin off

Produce

2 cups arugula, baby spinach or salad greens
1/2 inch piece ginger
1 avocado
1 head cauliflower
1 mango
6 large mushrooms
1 bunch cilantro
1 head savoy cabbage
6 cups baby spinach
1 bunch mint
1 pint Cherry Tomatoes
1 cup flat leaf parsley
1 head garlic
1 lb garnet yam (or sweet potato)
1 lemon
3 limes
1 naval orange
2 scallions

Frozen

1 ball of raw pizza dough (might be in deli section)

Pantry

1 package asian noodles (udon, ramen or lo mein)
1/4 cup salted, roasted peanuts
1/4 cup coarse cornmeal
3 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp garam masala
1 can garbanzo beans
1/2 cup gold raisins
1 can/ 15oz pitted green olives – reserve the rest of the can for pizza
1 tbsp sesame oil
15oz tomato puree, canned
1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
1/4 cup capers
1/4 cup garlic chili paste (such as sambal oelek, sriracha would be ok too)

Dairy

1/4 cup yogurt (plain greek or other plain style)
15oz or 2 cups shredded mozzarella
