Weekly Meal Plan – Week of November 6
In my house, this is a perfect week of meals. We touch on a variety of proteins, techniques and a rainbow of veggies. Kicking off the week is my most requested salmon marinade of all time. It comes together quickly and the complex flavors belie how simple it really is. Best of all, this week features a Waste Not Meal of Fried Rice. Homemade fried rice is healthy and so satisfying. Its hands down my favorite meal to use up those leftover odds and ends. I’ll definitely be eating it a second time for lunch! If you don’t eat red meat, the skirt steak dish can easily be prepared with a different protein of your choice – even roasted eggplant of tofu would make a great vegetarian entree.
