Ahhhh, Thanksgiving week. Truly a favorite here at Ends+Stems. This weekend you can make: cranberry sauce, turkey or chicken stock (gravy base!), stuffing cubes, the veggie mirepoix base for stuffing, pie crusts (freeze them raw but in the tins), cakes/cookies/rolls/etc (freeze!), and vinaigrettes! Cook your turkey first, from 10-12/1pm depending on size. When it’s out of the oven, it can rest while your sides bake. Happy Eating!
