Cook Once Eat Twice

There are two versions of this method – 1) cook double any recipe, store it well and eat the same meal later. If you aren’t into leftovers or repeats 2) cook the meal in components and reinvent them the second time. Examples are steaming rice then eating fried rice, boiling pasta and making it into a cold salad leftover, roasting a chicken for one meal then shredding it for tacos on the next night. Either way saves time!
