Tomato Season!

Yay! Tomatoes are arriving. Store tomatoes stem side down, in one layer, on the counter away from direct sunlight and the heat of your oven. If overripe, you can move them to the fridge, but I’d rather just make tomato sauce at that point. (Roast overripe tomatoes in the oven at 450, then when charred pluck off the stems. Transfer to a bowl and proceed with your favorite sauce recipe.)
