Plan for Thanksgiving

Happy November! It’s time to start planning for the big day. If you’re in charge of turkey – calculate 1 pound per person if you don’t want leftovers and 1 1/4 pound if you will eat the leftover turkey. (ex. 12 guests, yes leftovers: 12*1.25 = Order a 15 pound bird). If you don’t like dark meat, order a bone in breast only!
