Meal Plan: Week of January 9
We’re back with the first meal plan of 2018! Starting with a quick french classic where the deliciousness and complexity belies the simplicity, and ending with my favorite recipe for homemade veggie burgers. This recipe makes enough to stock a few in your freezer for quick meals later on. Biryani is a classic Indian/Sri Lankan dish that you might be familiar with from take out menus and typically takes many steps and hours to prepare. Someday perhaps, follow a traditional recipe but this week, I’ve creative license for you to experience the flavor and warming spices in about 45 total minutes. I hope you enjoy!
