Weekly Meal Plan – Week of November 13
Welcome to Week 2! Kicking off this week are delicious, super quick fish tacos and a cabbage slaw. You’ll probably come back to this recipe next time you need a 15 minute meal. Next up is a good ol’ fashioned family dinner, seared chicken cutlets with pan sauce. Mastering a classic French style pan sauce is a great building block in your repertoire. This week we’re filling up the plate with a colorful vegetable medley. I love a medley! It only takes an extra 2 minutes to pull off than serving a single vegetable but its a great way to please a crowd. Keep an open mind for the curry dish – it might be a little unique to some diners – but its warming, so simple and filling!
